The SiriusPbem is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that the SiriusPbem is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. What information is collected?

The SiriusPbem website makes use of a single submission form for the purposes of allowing visitors a point of contact with our role playing group (SiriusPbem).  The information you enter in to the NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS & MESSAGE fields, along with the DATE & Time, is stored on our website for record purposes. Should we lose your contact details, we can use the stored information to regain contact with you regarding matters pertaining to the SiriusPbEM.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request via the contact page.

As part of the registration process for joining the SiriusPbEM, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Google Groups, for the sole purpose of delivering RPG posts to all our players. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the emails you receive from the mailing list or by emailing the GM directly.

COPPA Notice

Members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of both the sim and fleet at all times, both in character and out of character. By signing up to the SiriusPbEM, you affirm that you will sim in a proper and respectful manner. Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently, or post posts with explicit content (above PG-13) will be removed immediately, and by continuing, you agree to this. In addition, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not accept players under the age of 13. Any players found to be under the age of 13 will be immediately removed without question. By signing up to the SiriusPbEM, you are also saying that you are above the age of 13.
